Okay, here's the exact circumference:

C = π d = 3.14 d.

C=2πr or πD

where r=radius; D=diameter and C =circumference.

(it's not clear in your question if 3.75ft is the diameter or radius of the circle)


Therefore

if D=3.75ft
C=(3.14)x(3.75ft)
=11.8ft

or if r=3.75ft
C=(3.14)x2x(3.75ft)
=23.6 ft.
