I don't think Dilhara Fernando is hot.But Lasith Malinga is hot because of his exotic hair style and cheeky action.
In a poll conducted on the hottest stars of WC2007,Malinga came on top followed by Scott Styris of NZ who is known as "Scotty too hotty"..

I don't think even one of them falls in the category of "hot". But its girls who make someone "hot" and if you ask males they will, to the best of my belief, will not go of any of these two. Instead Kumar Sangakar is perhaps , in my opinion, the hottest followed by the captain Jayawardene.
