Keep getting error report on my internet Apache/4.1.31 don't know how to get rid of it,?

Ive done a virus check no viruses, message reads /portal/servlet/gben-home-home is not available. ive checked with my provider,they say connection ok.

This is a problem with the site you're trying to access, not with your computer. Which site do you get it on? What happens when you try other sites?
