I have been to loads of fetish parties and clubs and the usual dress is PVC. leather or rubber. Fem dress for the men and thigh boots for the ladies but this is a generalisation as lots of people just go in their ordinary party clothes. A belt with a tawse or a riding crop hanging from it would be enough. It is easy for me as I am always the maid serving refreshments and clearing up so I am always in a maid's uniform

Wear leather or latex if you have. If you don't, then just dress as yourself. Nobody's gonna judge you for it. (These are the joys of the alternative lifestyle!!)
The rules are pretty much the same as any other kind of club - just mutual respect.
Good luck - I'm very jealous that I can't join you!

Fetsh means intense desire or obsession usually related with sex. There are several wesites spewing large amount of information on this. It is a place where girls dominate their male counterpart in sex. Female torture the male by spanking, humiliating, bondage, denial and others. Male obliges to every females wishes. This is a kinky world of sex. At first you will not like it but as time goes you will start loving it more and more...

Good answers above. I'd only add: If you've not got money to splash out on new outfits, then swap outfits :)
