Nope. If it did you'd already be dead from your bluetooth headset, your microwave oven, your cordless phone, your wireless mouse and your cordless keyboard. All of which operate in 2.4Ghz as well.
This question gets asked pretty often everywhere, the 2.4Ghz signal is harmless in itself, nevermind the fact that it's too weak to penetrate skin even if it was dangerous. People say that "what happens if there's a thousand 2.4Ghz devices on a network though?". Simple answer? On a wireless network only one thing can transmit at once, so even if there was a million, the output is only one; the same 0.035w.

Elomis is correct as long as the devices are used without additional amplifiers or really high gain antennas. The truth is that just like with cell phones we really dont know what the long term exposure effects might be. However, unlike cell phones we are normally not holding these things up to our heads!
In normal everyday use these are not major concerns. I would be more concerned with your cordless telephone!!!! You do hold that to your head.
