they're always trying to fakely fool people like they're really being equal harassing celebs, come on, guess because celeb doesn't mean have high level corrupt connections, these wealthy girls in houston (harris county, last name Dunn) convicted of armed robbery gave probation and have to shelve books in a/c library and tutor, how come they don't mow lawns? like a david medina corrupt district judge put by rick perry and bush failed breathalyzer fake trial and dropped case; also a fed issue, robert blake's attorney even said county jails worse conditions and rights (worse for health, fed issue) than state and federal pens (hot checks worse crime than state or fed felonies), as anyone knows if Paris Hilton was related to a corrupt cop (child, relative or friend) wouldn't have even been charged as well as jailed, cops' kids worst delinquents and drug dealers (pushers) and notorious criminal offenders, that's a proveable fact

She deserves everything she gets and should do time in jail so that other silly teenage girls can see that no-one is above the law and that they have to face the consequences of their actions.

Prosecutors are not "Harassing" Paris Hilton. Actually, they're being lenient. It's the media that's keeping her in the spotlight. That's what she always wants, anyway. She's no better or worse than anyone else. Prosecutors are following the law; she's trying to use social status and wealth to get out of paying for what she has done. Even if the crime is minor, the law is clear... I think she should get the full 90 days without good behavior since it is a probation violation; she should have to do it all. The judge has already compromised the original sentence and cut it in half. Good time is lost on probation violations.

Paris Hilton did a very bad thing - she figured that she was above the law and she does have the money to get out of this mess she has herself in. And in all likelihood she will never spend a second inside of a jail. If she doesn't grow up, next time she may actually kill someone with her fooling around. Her attitude has to change for the better. As for me, I don't even think about reading about her or anyone else that are celebrities. They DO NOT live in the real world.
As for prosecutors, they are doing what they were hired (or in this case, elected to do) - that is bring offenders to justice. What ever someone does, whether it is good or bad there are consequences out there. Right now, she just met her match!

Although I myself would hate to see her go to jail. She did break the law and should be punished like anyone else would be punished. But because she is a celebrity, she could not be put in with the general population. Many years back Christian Slater was jailed for sometime. But he was not placed in the County Jail system. But he was jailed and served his time. And I think that this is the way they will or at least I feel they should Jail her. And since her sentence is asking for, 45 days. (I think) She should be jailed with another inmate that is Paris friendly so as not to isolate her.

You seem to know a lot about the judge, etc, but not Paris. She's really a no one. It's been noted, she can't act, can't sing or dance. She has no personality. She really has no fortune, her family has it and, even her mother says she belongs in jail. She evaded the law you and I have to obey, she's driven without a license, she's driven drunk on more then one occasion, she flaunts the law and now, think she's to good for paying for the crime we'd have to serve.
I happen to know her, she deserves what she gets.
