they're always trying to fakely fool people like they're really being equal harassing celebs, come on, guess because celeb doesn't mean have high level corrupt connections, these wealthy girls in houston (harris county, last name Dunn) convicted of armed robbery gave probation and have to shelve books in a/c library and tutor, how come they don't mow lawns? like a david medina corrupt district judge put by rick perry and bush failed breathalyzer fake trial and dropped case; also a fed issue, robert blake's attorney even said county jails worse conditions and rights (worse for health, fed issue) than state and federal pens (hot checks worse crime than state or fed felonies), as anyone knows if Paris Hilton was related to a corrupt cop (child, relative or friend) wouldn't have even been charged as well as jailed, cops' kids worst delinquents and drug dealers (pushers) and notorious criminal offenders, that's a proveable fact

She is being treated the same as any other criminal with the same offenses...it is not her first offense, it is her second.

She was picked up for DUI, plead down to the lesser charge of Wreckless Driving and her driver's license was suspended. Her second offense was for Driving on a Suspended Lisence and her blatant disregard for the law is was is putting her in the pokey for 45 days.

Actually, she is still getting special treatment because if it were an ethnic person that did the same thing, they would not have gotten just 45 days, their probation for the original sentenence, which would likey be about 2 years, would be revoked AND they would serve additional time for the charge of driving on a suspended license.

Give me a break...she walked into court 10 min. late. She was given a break the first time and was just put on probation. She decided to ignore the rules and if she were a nobody the same thing would've happened. It will do her some good to spend time in jail...she is spoiled and thinks her name can buy her whatever she wants...including ignoring laws and ignoring probation conditions!

I don't care how rich and famous a person is.If they break the law they should pay for the crime. She knew driving on a suspended license was wrong. And if we did the same as her we would not have had a choice of when to serve our time.So she still is somewhat pampered a little.

No, because if she was a normal middle class girl she would have been thrown in jail with her first offense.

She is receiving special treatment because her family is rich.
