Uhm I actually to a degree agree with you, I mean I disagree that it's gross and that it puts teens at a higher risk of having a kid, but I agree that it's not for everyone in their teen years.

Firstly, it's not gross, if it was noone would do it. Second, pregnancy is brought on by lack of wearing condoms, which is a fallacy of the system, teens aren't taught to wear protection, which is sad because it also means higher std rates for them(50% of new HIV cases are from people under 25, it's nuts!).

But I do think it's gotten out of control a little, kids are doing it just to fit in, which is sad.

So I say do what's right for you, because you have to live with yourself in the morning, and if you sell yourself short, you'll regret it. So if sex isn't for you right now, then that's fine, stick to your guns on this one.

I felt EXACTLY the same way when I was a teenager!! My guidance teacher asked us who does NOT want to get married when we leave school, and I was the only freak to put my hand up! And it was purely because I found the concept of sex totally revolting!
Soon after leaving school though, I met and fell in love with my current girlfriend - and ten years later, we still have a very healthy sex life. And it's not gross!! LOL

I know a few people who classify themselves as a-sexual, and there's nothing wrong with that - and don't let ANYBODY tell you there IS!! Be true to yourself... that's the most important key to hapiness in life!

I am assuming you are very young and have a very limited concept of it.This is something I was told at a very young age.And It has held true all of my life.There is a difference between SEX and MAKING LOVE .Whoa is that true!! When you are with someone who loves you and you them, you will change your mind.It is the way it is meant to be between 2 ppl who care about one another.What young kids do today is just play with fire.Yes you right it puts you at risk for teen pregnancy and other disease out there.None of which are pleasant.It IS natural to like the act.We were made to.Most of the things you are hearing from kids is just a lot of junk they makeup.Don't let it color your outlook .KNOW who YOU are ,not them.Make your own choices and don't let someone talk you into what you are not ready for.It WILL all come together for you someday.Than you will know what all the talk is about.Good luck and be YOU.Don't give up what you only have to give once in you life without thought. It is a way to really connect with a person, not just on a physical level, but on an emptional and spiritual level as well.

Have sex with a FEMALE some day, and trust me - YOU WILL SEE HOW GREAT IT IS!!!! It doesn't hurt at all AND you won't get pregnant, and you are less likely to get a disease! Yup - let a girl have a chance - you will love it. I've met lots of girls who never liked sex much with guys. It doesn't mean they were the wrong guys, or there's something wrong with the girls. Some women are not very sexual people, no matter who is in their beds. That's hard for people to understand, but it's how it is for some people.

Oh and as for teens being "in danger to have a kid" they have this brand new invention now, you may have heard of it, it's called a CONDOM. Earth shattering technology I know but it's there and over 99.752% effective.

Sex is a non-logical phenomenon. We are driven to have sex by the biological imperative to reproduce. The fact that it is rather pleasant helps a great deal, but even if it were as mechanical as a sneeze, we would be compelled to to engage in sex.
