When they say cotton is healthier for you I think they're talking about the crotch area. You can wear silk underwear. If your silk undies dont have a cotton crotch area all you have to do is buy pantiliners. Put the pantiliners in the crotch area and you should be okay just remember to remove them before you go to bed lol. But seriously even if you wear cotton panties, pantiliners are good to have. A good brand to get is Always pantiliners.
It's also been said that women shouldn't sleep with any underwear on at night. I saw that on a show.

Both silk and cotton are natural fibers, so they allow your skin to breathe. Cotton is more absorbent than silk, but that's not really important unless you need some moisture management. Unless you're experiencing problems (like excessive dampness or yeast infections), there's no reason to stop wearing silk undies!

No. I would switch over to silk panties on the weekends and holidays when you are most comfortable. Cotton panties are good for everyday use and are healthier to wear. Hope I helped! =D

No. There's no need to stop wearing what you love to wear.
Silk is not bad for you, and cotton is not necessarily "good" for you.
Wear what you wanna wear and be comfy!

No not really. Only if the silky ones are causing problems for you. They're known for promoting the needed conditions to develop yeast infections. I would keep a few pair of cotton one's around for any situation that arises. Otherwise, unless your pregnant don't worry about. it.
