Probably it's a scam.

You can buy her a ticket on Delta. It's an electronic ticket and you can make it non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Intel tour does exist. It specializes in Moslem's tourism - (lodging in sharia obeying hotels, flight to Islam holy places etc.)

good answer before mine! i agree! be very careful about it? how long do you know each other? did you invite her over or she wanted to come? Try to suggest her a different ways of solvation of that problem! did she get a visa already? if not, then she should get one, and then buy a ticket. Cause it's hard to get an american visa for a unmarried girl. As for a tourism firm i don't know if there is such one, cause specially in Moscow there are SO many of them, good ones and not, so not sure about that.

good luck

Sounds to me like you are being scammed. Is this young lady a prospective bride? Have you met her?

If you trust her and want to help her, send her a NONREFUNDABLE airline ticket, and let her send you a check to help YOU pay for it. And don't buy the ticket until the check clears YOUR bank (probably take 2-3 weeks.)

See how she reacts to that idea.
