It is called "pullout" and "cut and run" by Rep's which is nothing but political BS.
The Dem's want "redeployment" to pull the troops out of harms way in this Civil war.
I have always felt that we should cover the borders to keep these factions from leaving and coming in and let them fight it out until they run out of weapons.
