Either he followed from England, or it was a criminal local who saw a beautiful girl on the beach and took his chances.
Either for himself or for someone else. I somehow am inclined to think that he is not sick, but very cruel and beasty.

Have you seen people "The Minority Report"?
Do you remember how Tom Cruise lost his boy in that movie? He dived in the pool to impress and to please his child, and when he was up after 2 minutes ... the boy was taken away. The criminal was there ALL THE TIME.
ALL. THE. TIME.
Now, how are we supposed to live on the same planet with people like that? These perverted animals turn our society into a pack of wolves, inhumaine, torn apart...
Paedophiles and paedophilia need to be CURED, not punished. However many we punish, there will always be more.
Our society is deseased. For somebody's cruelty and neglect a long time ago others have to pay.

My thoughts are black market...I once traveled to Mexico..found myself and my baby daughters surrounded by a group of men forming a circle and moving in close around me..their father,a big man, stepped out side and looked at the guy's surrounding me,they backed up a few steps and ask me if I knew I could get twenty five thousand a piece for those kids...blonde/blue is valuable on the market, they noticed one has brown eyes and told me she was worth a little less....offered to *help* me sell them...I hid the girls close to me the rest of the way out of that country and away from the border...I have been afraid to leave the country with them since....some people see little girls and children as a product to sell, opportunity to make more money then they would have in there life time...they don't even see it as bad or care where the kids end up,it's just business for them...the girls parents need to come up with huge reward money ,more then would be had on the black market..hopefully all the attention to this case hasn't pushed the kidnappers into foul play in fear of getting caught..I do believe there is a good chance she is alive and either sold or there laying low while the story is hot..just my thoughts.

yes and a whole lot more. What would somebody want with a three year old kid, for crying out loud. Give her life back. She doesnt deserve this.

She has her whole future ahead of her, so much to live for, the little children at her nursery wonder why there is an empty seat in the classroom, the local people o portugal are worried for the safety of their own children.

And i bet nobody will want to go to the Algarve for a summer holiday after this.

This story has really affected me like nothing in the news of late, i cant stop thinking about it, this government makes me so F***** angry!!!

How many more kids have to be abducted and murdered before the goverment start dishing out some decent sentences for these monsters, the latest they have said is that they have handed a list of known british peadophiles living in portugal, i mean, come on why are these people living in portugal, they're probably living under different identities all payed for by you and me, praying on poor little kids like maddy!!!

I hope so much they find her safe & well, but it seems a much more sinister outcome is on the horizon :((

Well they must have planed it, how else would they have been able to go so long with out getting caught...
Its an intelligent person, obviously sick in the head though to steal a child, its probably a person the family has been friendly with too as the little girl would have screamed and been heared or spotted if she hadn't known the person.
I just hope shes OK, the poor innocent baby...xxx

All of the above....and severely personality disordered. There was a report by another holidaymaker at the resort saying that she saw a man late at night a couple of days prior to Maddy's abduction trying to steal a pushchair outside one of the apartments. The guy didn't even check to see if it was empty or not (even though it was!). It sounds like a child-hungry pervert who was out to get whoever he could to satisfy his disgusting needs.

Not sure , probably just looks like a normal guy on the outside.
But now he has what he wants will he let it go??. Not very likely unless there is some reason or incentive to do so.
My best hope is he becomes bored and dumps her somewhere safe.

There must be something wrong with 'it'
Who honestly, would sneak into someones apartment and abduct a three year old girl?

It sickens me to an extent to which I am not happy with what the world is coming to.

All of the above and more. There is so much evil in the world.

Hope she turns up well.

Unhuman, evil, twisted mind
Through him in a hole and through the key away, like in the old days, but before that, cut his testicules off just to be sure.....
