Yes, there is much more to it than meets the eye... something inconceivable by human senses. The vast expanse of the Cosmos... the colossal powers of the mind... are beyond the capture of most human beings. Why?

Every human being primarily is spiritual... we all have a spark of divinity within in form of our soul atman residing in our heart. The soul atman is a minuscule form of God Almighty. It contains the vastness of the entire Cosmos within. To comprehend the entity we understand as our soul atman within is not within the purview of human beings until one reaches the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and salvation (moksha).

The moment one gains enlightenment... the entire Wisdom of the Cosmos is at ones tips. One reaches the stage of enlightenment after establishing absolute control over the five senses and the mind. Mind of the whole Cosmos is one. It has two attributes... the positive and the negative. From the reservoir of mind plus... we invoke positive thoughts. All negative thoughts emerge from reservoir of mind minus.

What to invoke and what not to invoke is the sole prerogative of every human being. The functioning of the mind is without a parallel. The source of the mind from where flow all thoughts floating in the Cosmos is like a radio station transmitting thoughts all the time. The brain of a human being acts as a transistor... a receiving and a transmitting station. As we condition our brain by patient practice and perseverance... So is the invocation of thoughts positive or negative!

If one needs to dwell in thoughts invoked by Jesus Christ... one simply needs to go to the frequency manifested by Jesus Christ. The same flow of thoughts that emerged the brain of Jesus Christ would enter our brain. It is but possible to invoke the Wisdom contained in Bible without having read the Bible even once.

When I started in search of God at 13 years of age... I was absolutely ignorant of the powers of the mind. 25 years ahead at 37 years of age I finally realized God. The whole Wisdom of the Cosmos was now at my tips. It was as if I had written the Bible, Quran and the Sacred Bhagavad Gita in one of my earlier manifestations. Everything was crystal clear like ABC.

Having realized God in 1993... I could travel to any frequency at will. I have reached the 8.4 millionth manifestation... the last in the cosmic life cycle. My soul atman having regained its pure pristine original form... I shall go to the kingdom of God in this very life (aka Baikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return! Well on a very physical level, the human eye can only see light between various wavelengths so anything that is ultra-violet or infra-red is beyond our capability, so we are missing out there.

On a size level, most people cannot conceive of infinity, nor can they imagine anything more than four dimensions, nor can they understand the vastness of the universe. Humans are infinitesimally small, I've said before that we are but bacteria on the toilet rim of the universe.

On a metephysical level, the human mind cannot possibly hold or understand all knowledge.

So, you are right, there is so much more that we can never hope to see, let alone understand.

There is a study by Eienstein that when we observe the particles, its behaviour changes from wave to matter and vice-a-versa. I don't remember the name of that experiment. So collision of two light reflection (eye to eye) may be making some effect at the level of matter itself. And that change and electromagnetic signals to and from brain, responds with "attraction and distraction" signals will make the weak mind to take it as it is and respond accordingly. If the mind is well trained, then those things won't effect much.

I don't think it can be comprehended by the mind...some things can't be pinned down, named, or understood by the rational mind.....

...this unnameable, unfathomable mystery...we're a part of it....this can be felt n experienced, n even possibly be dissolved in to sometimes....but it's beyond words...words can't touch, describe, or comprehend this. It has to be felt...

....and even then, the vastness n reasons of it remain a mystery. I think this is the way it is meant to be.

*I shake my head, lost in total wonder* lol.

Reasons as it seems are formulated through the books
and the concepts that you have read. Thus, your sub-conscious mind evolves in a process of various imbedded
thoughts and interpretations. This allow for social discourse.

Great question... Star!!

It looks unlikely that we can ever break the barrier of time to know it all from the very beginning to the very end. We exist within the time dimension and are bound by it. Therefore it may never be possible for us to think beyond time, that is timelessness. The same logic why we may not be able to see or know beyond space, that is nothingness. The very beginning and the very end must lie in the realms of nothingness and timelessness... the series of questions as to what was before that, even before that and before ever must get us into the unknowable timelessness and similarly... what is beyond that, even beyond that and beyond all too must take us into the unknowable nothingness.

In our limited being and wisdom, we confuse nothingness with empty space and timelessness with quite or still period of time. With such space-bound and time-bound existence, we have no capability to know it all!!

Transformers?
What is "it"?
Evidently vast and/pr deep and/or inscrutable. Like a whale? Like a tarpit? Like a landfill?
"It" (whatever it is) cannot be encompassed, because we are mere humans, with our semi-evolved, slowly devolving monkey brains. But we can give "it" a name, and for monkeys, that's good enough to call a thing "comprehended".
Cheers.
