Why does my computer screen all of a sudden look FAT?

I didn't even change the settings on it.

Sounds like your screen resolution has changed. Try going to the display by clicking start, control panel, system tools. In display click on advanced and check your resolution size.

right click at screen select properties you can fix it there under settings to adjust
