I would think that Tom Cruise but he is too old.
So I guess Jake Gyllenhaal will be the right choice.

I don't want anyone to replace Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man. He is the ONLY man in the world who can play Peter Parker/Spider-Man so beautifully.
Tobey Maguire will not refuse to play Spider-Man in future Spider-Man movies. He will continue with the franchise for as long as he and I both live.

I wont see it then because im so used to seeing him as spiderman it will ruin it for me but I read somewere that if it wasnt him then Jake Gylanhall was in for it but Tobey decided he will do it.

I cannot think of ANYONE who could possibly replace him! But if I had to chose one actor I would choose....errrr... Rupert Grint, the actor who plays Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films, he could maybe put on an american accent? Also he's kinda geeky!

A wooden plank would be able to replace him, act better too. Hell all the good stuff wasn't him but CGI anyway.
