reading an apology it is hard to hear the sincerity in the persons voice, but this is a good opportunity for you to be a bigger person and forgive this person. Nothing really takes the pain of the insults away, but it is a good gesture.

It is a good apology because you accepted responsibility for your insults before you apologized and let the other person decide whether to accept it or not.

doesn't sound overly sincere, BUT, they did take the time to write it, so the ball is in your court. if you think they are just being glib, to heck with them. if something like this took a lot out of them, then accept it and move on. life is WAY too short.

It's concise and to the point. What did they do? I would need to know that before I could judge whether it was good enough.
You're the one it's important to though. Forgiveness is good.

It doesn't sound sincere to me, probably because I have nothing against you. It is straight forward, simple and good.

Looks OK. But is not very clear.
I don't know the background; or could have done better.

it takes a lot of courage to say "sorry" and for doing it... then they really seem to mean it
