where can i find autoexec.bat in windows xp?

Since this should run each time at computer startup I'd take a guess and say:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Maybe someone smarter than me would know for sure.

In the root of the primary partition i.e. C:\ It will be blank.
