If you're using it as a noun, plural is ACCESSES; as a verb, just ACCESS.. remember the rule on plural noun and plural verb... HTH

there is none when you use it to mean "entry". as a medical term (an access of apoplexy) it means a fit, then its "accesses" - but you wouldn't say "there are 3 accesses to this building" you'd say 3 access points or something like that
