does IBM 8189-7CG can use DDR1 400Hz?

I got IBM 8189-7CG
and it said it support DDR1 333Hz

it easly to find DDR1 400Hz,

so my question can it be upgraded using DDR1 400Hz (even though it will run in 333Hz)
