I had a breast reduction last year, but I have noticed they are regrowing... is this normal at all?

I am 30 years old, I went from a very large 40GG to a 38D. Now I notice all my bras have to be 38DD.

Breasts can fluctuate with weight gain or pregnancy, that's why many plastic surgeons are reluctant to perform the surgery on women of child-bearing age. You may have put on a few pounds which has led to your increased size. However, it's only a cup size difference so it may just be a difference in brands or style that is making you have to wear a larger size.

You could just be wearing a different type bra. I'm anywhere from a 38C to 38D depending on what type/brand of bra I am wearing.
