Firstly ladies is not the correct title because many of them are most un-ladylike and it is sexist to always call them ladies and not to always call us gentleman.
Women say no when they mean yes, they say yes when they mean no. Sometimes they say nothing but expect us to still hear and understand that which has not been said at all.
The reasons for this are often feminine dishonesty but often they don't actually know themselves what they want or don't want and often they change their minds at the drop of a hat but they don't necessarily tell us they have changed their minds but we are still expected to know.
Women are a pain in the a.rse.

And then there's the oldie (but goody, imho):
When a lady says no she means maybe;
when a lady says maybe she means yes;
but when a lady says yes, she's no lady!

Ladies most often say no when they mean yes...we always think a guy is clever enough to understand our tricks of mind but we still haven't understood that guys take a no for a no and a yes for a yes...just like it's supposed to be!! ;)

I agree with pearl - though when i say yes, i mean yes and when i say no (which isnt very often, lol) i mean no! thats the way it should be

Maybe we are being nice and don't want to hurt the men's feeling by saying what we're really thinking.but the ladies don't always do that.not all of them do.

cuz they think that's what you wanna hear. kinda like when guys say 'i love you' and they mean 'i love you now when things are great and we're having sex.'
