My life has changed drastically as of late but even so I have been able to map out a pattern for staying in shape while I recover. The map has changed because I am unable to do many of the things I would normally do. The components or driving force in my life hasn't changed much at all. I am not real big on winging anything.

Good question!
I plan for the important things (we talk work here) and then wing the rest of the day. My job depends entirely upon the actions of others so if someone screws up, I get to do my job.
As for home life...we plan to go out as much as we can and then wing it as soon as we start the journey there.

i have a 4 year old son, so my life pretty much revolves around him, his needs and his daily routine. i like to know what i'm doing and where i'm going.... used to wing it more when i was younger and had fewer responsibilities.
