It can. The skin there is very sensitive. When you get rid of the hair, air does not circulate well around the area, and infections (fungus or bacteria) can move in, causing redness, itching, bad smells, and similar problems. Some of these infections can be very hard to get free of. The odor can be very bad even if you don't get a rash.

if u r cutting the hairs on penis, it will not affect u in a wrong way. So, dont bother about cleaning it.

I would advise you not to cut any hair off of a sensitive area like your penis

No it will not. Not sure what the RN is talking about.

It's all down to how you cut it, obviously be careful. Don't mow it down with big clippers or an old cheap plastic razor.

I shave all the time, and there is no problem. Just be aware that your skin might not be used to it, so there could be red blotches or bumps; "Razor burn"

only if your pee pee is the size of a hair... and you miss. But seriously. only if you use a dirty shaver and Nick yourself can you hurt it. Like getting a staff infection. then your in deep ...poo
