First understand that everybody has some limitation on his predictable thoughts. The unpredictable thoughts comes when we get exaust with our predictable thoughts. Let the unpredictable thoughts may come, but they shouldn't hold impact on u. So certain amount of mind relaxing techniques can be done. And let be clear with the term that every baby that borns doesn't borns with a golden spoon. That means baby doesn't borns with all the predictable abilities. The faith in predictable things can be built.

If you believe in 'Destiny', than every thought is predictable. Cause Destiny would imply that everything is predetermined, and going according to schedule.
If you believe in Free Will, then that cancels out Destiny. Free Will is basically a 'roll of the dice'. With a bunch of people, making a bunch of ever changing decisions, simultaneously. Then thoughts are unpredictable. They can be Probable, but not 100% Predictable.

Not exactually sure about your wording.
I guess becasue we don't know it all, there will always be unpredictable. We are swayed by our brain chemistry, or nature and nuture. And then by totally unpredictable happenings.

Those thoughts whose history go beyond the data quantum for your mind. History is the total sum determinants for thought, thought having not a finite determination for its description using data, i.e. mind of real time-space.
