No need to overclock your P700 since the gain is not really worth it and if you don't know what you're doing you can fry both the cpu and motherboard along with your hardwares. Do not overclock a good processor.

Look for a PIII 1Ghz instead, you might find one on Ebay.

Put in 512MB more RAM and a 7200RPM Hard drive.

It is done by increasing the fsb thru BIOS and sometimes thru software. But better read some basics of overclocking first so that you will understand the significance and effect of every adjustment you will make. You might find something useful here:
