I do it on a regular basis. I may not lose my temper, but I shoot off at the mouth all the time. Then later I am sad that I said anything at all.

Ummm, well I wouldnt say that I suprised myself no, I tend to be a little on the ultra sensitive side so I tend to get hurt or upset rather easy....I DO however often find myself mad at ME because I did get too upset over something rather petty...it kinda sucks but I figure at least I KNOW that Im like that so I can somewhat control it to an extent...I try to catch myself being stupid and check myself BEFORE i have to pull my foot outta my mouth, doesnt ALWAYS work but hey , I try

Yes, but I think it was a case of a lot of little things adding up, then suddenly out of nowhere BANG!! I exploded. I'm very patient and not much bothers me, but on the rare occassion I do lose it, I really lose it

Yes, I surprised myself the other day by my reaction to something that was quite innocent. It really made me take an inventory of what was really going on with me.
I was so wrong. I only hope my apology was enough. I'm afraid that it wasn't.

i was at drive through at arbys one day for a lunch break. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Had to tell the lady 5 times that i wanted grilled, bc she kept saying the ONE order wrong. so, i pull up, grab the bag and go. drive all the way to work to see the whole salad was wrong. I call, and she answers. I tell her the situation, she says, "then just come back!" and hangs up on me. i was very polite at that point. so, i go back, pull up to the window, and before handing me a carton of grilled chicken (one of the things that was wrong) she says "i dont understand why you couldnt just look in the bag to tell me it was wrong to save all this time!" so, i tell her "i had to tell you 5 times what my order was, dont you think youd get it right after the first, maybe second time????" she leans back and slams my grilled chicken on the counter and walks away. I lost it. I took my salad and threw it at her back and took the grilled chicken carton and threw it right at her head. She picked the food up and threw it back at my car lolol. I cant believe it all even happened. Im so calm and collected and freak out about being rude to people that deal with food, but, her attitude and snearing, just did it for me at that moment. I still shake my head thinking, I cant believe i did that!!! not a proud moment AT ALL.

i usually do finally lose my temper over something pretty small. i don't tend to lose my temper very often, but it's usually something stupid that is the straw that breaks the camels back

No.
I used to be easily pissed off on every single thing.
But now I handle my temper well.

Yes and I regretted it afterwards. It usually takes a lot to make me mad.
