The 7 capital or deadly sins are those which go against the 10 commandments and need to be forgiven before you can enter heaven
they are
superbia, invidia, ira, avaritia, Tristia which later became accidia , gula, luxuria.
I think everyone has commmitted these sins in one form or another. and in varying degrees.
#6 Gula or gluttony happens whenever you overeat... as for breaking one.. I've broken them all... the best way I did it??? does 3 people, whipped cream, a camera, in bed and no sleep count?

There is no sin. Everything is an error. "Sin" is something you did once and carries the effect of it for the whole life without any chance to avoid the effect. Error is something which you can correct and also can avoid the effect of that. I know this is not an answer to your question. But, the word "sin" makes somebody in a "Bad mental state" without any escape.
I think this has been taken from Bible? What are all they?

~One does not "break" a sin. One revels in the enjoyment of the sin. I am proud that I envy my own avarice and gluttony but it angers me that I lust after my sloth. That being said, I suppose my favorite is deceit, but since that doesn't make the list of the big 7, I'm probably lying about it.
