Understanding that you are not alone when you encounter obstacles. Realize that how fortunate you are to be where you are right now. Be thankful of what you already have and who you have around you. Appreciate things that we take it for granted for example just posting a question like this anytime you want to at the comfort of your home versus some kids in the third world don't even know whether they will live tomorrow or not.

dont let the stress carry on your shoulders. just let it go. take life a day at a time and dont worry about the past or the future just the present. breathe in and breathe out. live the day like it would be your last and love. do what your heart tells you to do and dont let others influence your thoughts on the world. dont be quick to judge and just live. think about the happy times in your life and then that will make your day better.
