Barangay funds must be spent only when approved by the Barangay council and Barangay Captain.

oo, maganda yun !!! (Yes, that would be nice !!!) pero dapat nasa maayos na pagkakagastahan para sa kapakinabangan ng mga nasasakupan (but it should be for the proper funding of community programs)
