No, it's not possible. It's a pimple, a blocked pore, just like having acne on your face. It should resolve by itself in a few days. Don't pick at it.

Yes, there isn't any. Herpes is caused by a virus. Actually, there is little cure for viruses nowadays. The only thing that you can generally do in the case of a viral infection is strengthen the immune system and hope it fights it off. Not with Herpes, the immune system can't win against it. Thus you only get to treat the symptoms. Once you're infected, it stays with you for life. So don't get infected.

HIV/AIDS is extremely unlikely if you have never had intercourse, never had a blood transfusion, and do not use intravenous drugs.
However, Herpes does not require sexual intercourse to be passed. Unfortunately, there is not a rapid, reliable test for Herpes--It usually involves multiple screenings over time.
That said, it is MOST LIKELY an ingrown hair or a clogged sebacious gland. I have had many of these, and they normally disappear/heal within days. If it sticks around, have your MD inspect your junk.

well honey this happens to alot of guys. It is just a zit. You can get them anywhere. Herpes are sores and nothing like a pimple.

I dont think so, but you should go to a doctor and get it checked and he/she will give you a cream or treatment for the bumps on your penis.

This may be possible if you have had unprotected (no condom) ********(s). The safest way to go about it is to either call or visit your closest doctor (or gyno - they treat men too).

if you haven't had any type of sex intercourse or oral then it is probably due to not cleaning well and you sweat alot down there. Zest bar soap is awsome . Might want to try it .
