As hard as it is to believe, a large number of LV hotels will allow an 18 YO to check in so long as you have an ID and a CC.
You can access every hotel/casino in LV from this web site, to check.

The only strip hotel that still allows you to check in at 18 is Riviera. Just off the strip, the LVH (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) also allows you to check in at 18. Downtown, the Golden Nugget is an option. Otherwise, you'd have to find chain hotels/motels farther from the strip area - many of those allow 18+ to check in. Your parents cannot reserve and pay for the room, and there is no waiver for them to sign. You are adults - parents' permission is not going to have any influence whatsoever. The issue is not a concern over what minors might get into or trouble they might cause - the issue is that they want to cater more to guests who can take advantage of the resort offerings, namely gambling and drinking. The person reserving the room must also be the person checking into the room, and that person must also have the credit card for the room.

I don't think any of the casino ones on the Strip will, but there's a Hampton Inn about a block off the Strip, and there's a Marriott and a Hilton Garden Inn - and I think those keep their universal 18+ rule. It's worth calling some of the ones you're interested in and checking.

You would have to call the Hotel that you are interested in staying at. You for the most part have to be over the age of 21, I believe you can try and get someone to get it for you but if you eff up then it's going to be the person that got you the room's fault. Other then those Hotels your more then welcome to call the other Hotels like the way cheaper ones. Even though I know that you want the bigger ones. lol Have Fun and Good Luck!

stay OFF the strip & away from the big players. Try places like Hampton Inn, La Quinta, Comfort Inn, yanno... You might try the Super 8 on Koval - it's also called the Ellis Island Casino and has a Brew Pub - http://www.cheapovegas.com/vegas_casino_full.php?hotel_id=1049
