Flying

I usually have to jump and kind of "swim" upwards, and usually I drift back down. Occasionally I do manage to fly but there are always those darned power lines everywhere! And I do dream of flying less than when I was a kid too. that's so sad.

I'm wondering if that is a fairly common dream. I used to dream that all the time. It was so much fun and I used to wish it was so true. You just raise your arms and off you go and it felt so free and so good. I loved it. My flying dreams didn't stop all that long ago. I wish I still had them, actually. Now I dream two other repeat dreams that kind of drive me wacky. I dream I am chewing a wad of bubble gum and I want to remove it from my mouth but part of it gets stuck on my front two teeth and I can't get it unstuck and I keep pulling and pulling and pulling it and it is in long strings as I am pulling over and over. It is crazy and drives me crazy at the same time. As I am dreaming this, I am actually saying to myself in the dream, 'here I go again with this stupid dream'--that is strange in itself.
The other recurring dream now, is that I am spanking one of the grandsons that I am now raising and one of them is laying over my knees and as my hand goes up into the air and comes down, it loses all of its strength before it reaches his little bottom. :o)
I'd much rather be enjoying my flying time. :o)

me too. I use to fly around my room in my dreams. I don't have those dreams anymore either now if anything I am falling.....
