Women tend to hold all their tension in the neck area and it sounds like your neck is very tight. Try doing some simple neck stretches. Sitting with comfortably in a chair, drop your head to one side and leave it there for about 30 - 60 seconds. Do it on the other side too. Drop your head forward for 30 - 60 seconds than back. Repeat. It's surprising how much it can loosen up those muscles just don't force it. Just let the weight of your head do the stretch.

sounds like a tension headache. I get the same thing. Go to a chiropractor, and he/she can adjust your spine, and show you some stretches that can alleviate the tension in your head and neck. A good massage never hurts either. Take some advil or ibuprophen in the meantime, to help decrease some of the pain.

I'd go to a chiropractor. Even the American Medical Association agrees that chiropractic works on neck and back pain.

Is their any numbness in your hands or feet? If or if not you should get some x-rays and then possibly see a chiropractor, or you may need some surgery via a doctor (ex. bone spurs removed)
