Any body signed a contract with "Singapore Business Pages" without knowing the exorbitant advertisement fee?

The contract must first be read before signing on it otherwise it will bind the signatories as an evidence of consent to the stipulations therein.

There was another similar question posed in Yahoo. Probably a con job or pressure selling. If it is below $6,000, prepare to fight it out in court. Most parties would not sue for amount below that as it is not worth it. It brings bad publicity too.
