Rub ice on the gum spot it will make the gum hard and easy to peel off.

try ice, get the gum hard by applying ice to it and then it should peel right out

if its not ground in to it,you can take ice and put on it,and it will freeze it,and you can get it out this way ,if its already ground in to it,you,ll have to dissolve it with alcohol to get it out,and that's the messy way,good luck with it.
