Someone said she's likely to only be in jail for 4 and 1/2 days because the CA jails are so overcrowded that most jail terms are being reduced to 10% of the original sentence. If that's true, then I'm SORRY she won't be in jail for the other 40 days!

yes, well don't know "feel sorry"is the right words to use,but everbody else gets away with stuff,plus jail sucks,don't care who you are. I really don't care what every body thinks,I like her,same as with Britney,hey,we all make mistakes,just because their famous an in the spotlight,everybodys a judge, what about you, you never screwed up..People that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.....! It's all about money...if you got it,every one wants it,and don't care how they get it from you. But yeah,give the poor girl a break,get off her butt.

No. You do the crime, you do the time. If she doesn't go to jail, it will only be because of who she is, because any average person would do a few weeks behind bars for all the illegal driving and such.

Heck, no! In my opinion she is a spoiled brat and does everything she can to stay in the limelight. Let's just see how she does in jail. It's not a pleasant place to be.

Why? Because she's a spoiled rotten rich girl that get everything in life she could possibly want, but will probably lose it in jail because it's totally unlike anything she's ever experienced in her ritsy, pampered, life? No, is my answer.

She broke the law, so what can I say. I know it suck not being able to party for 45 days. But, at least she won't be surrounded by the camera.
