I have an order of protection against my children's father. On the order his lawyer and himself (along with the judge) agreed upon visitation for him of the children and child support. This protection order is about to expire. Does the visitation and child support expire as well?

NO. My suggestion is to extend the protection order via emergency hearing. You can contact you local court clerk & do this in the same day. The sooner the better because if the order expires, there is nothing stopping him from knocking on your door... and being a total nuisance to you.

Best of luck to you.

Yes, it will all expire. During the time of having it why did you not file for a divorce or legal separation, which would have made it more permanent?? You cannot expect a restraining order to settle every issue you have here. Find an attorney and get the ball rolling.

The expiration of the protection order expires with all the other provisions related to it such as visitation and child support.

While all of the provisions do expire, worse yet is your power of control. You really need to get that order renewed, or he can get one against you and change all of the rules in his favor.
