These are one of the easiest egglayers to spawn. I'd use a separate spwaning tank with marbles on the bottom so when they lay the eggs, they fall down between the marbles and the fish can't get to them to eat them.

It helps to separate the males and females for a few days beforehand (you can put one gender in the spawning tank, then add the other. Males will be somewhat smaller and have some yellow between the stripes. Spawning usually takes place in the morning, and once the eggs are laid, you can move the adults back to their regular tank. The fry are small, so if you want to spawn them, it's best to set up an infusoria culture before you put the adults together in the spawning tank. These links will give you some more details on the tank set-up and how to make the infusoria for the fry to eat: http://www.uniquaria.com/articles/danios.html , http://www.aquariacentral.com/articles/zebradanio.shtml

No special requirements for those fish. Zebra Danios have been known to spawn in the bag on the way home from the pet store. All you need is a pair together in a tank and let nature take it's course. They are notorious for eating their eggs so you will need to find a way to protect them.
