am inclined to rethink position on god,,,,,in light of hubble photo of orion nebula,,,,,,can't transfer all necessary letters & #s...foto ..is # 2 of 30 different hi res pics,,,,,click on,look for pretty clear outline of gray headed guy facing left.....whaddya see?.....someone having fun at hubble processing lab?

Sorry, that's a natural phenomenon, not the face of God.
Pretty cool how it seems to be a face. The process is the same as that by which people see things in the shapes of clouds -- a process known as Pareidolia. As part of our evolution and defense mechanisms, humans developed a tendency to "connect the dots" in random shapes and make something of them.

Oh please, i have a picture of the Orion Nebula for my Desktop, and can honestly say that there is no face in it. You can make many things out of randomness, human minds are programmed to make order out of chaos (eg, stars into constellations). And if you watch the film Dogma, you will see that god is not a guy, but a girl.

The brain is designed to see potential threats: like a person who might be sneaking up on us in the jungle. We see faces, figures, animals in clouds and rocks and random patterns of the sky.
