I have dry skin that sometimes peels on my testicles. I have never had sex that rules out and STD. Its only on my testicles, i wash DAILY and have even used moistriser to moisten the skin but it still wont go away. PLEASE HELP!

Pretty much common that the driest skin is either there or on your elbows.
Use moisturiser daily ..... don't use soap... you can use salty water instead... or perhaps use a soap with moisturising agents in it.
The soap is drying out your skin... and never use baby powder... it's worse.
