One is too many!
But if you must, then a law should be enacted that would outlaw a second child no matter what may befall the first. This should help prevent the "accidents" that may happen to girl children.
If stringently enforced, it could be relaxed in about two generations, but never totally removed from the books.

in my opinion, i think of that China's attempt to shrink it inhabitants by ability of limiting the style of babies a pair has is a noble theory - in theory. besides the undeniable fact that, i don't trust the strategies that China's government takes while imposing this regulation. I certainly have study a brilliant style of printed components - newspaper articles, essays, and books - that describe those strategies intimately. And, they are inhumane. extremely of taking one 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous babies into rice fields and drowning them, they'd desire to be located in orphanages and/or given to households without babies (the international over) to develop. i know that chinese language government believes that that's doing what's sweet for its human beings, yet there are different strategies and techniques by ability of which they'd implement this regulation.

No, I do not. There are many families here that have one child, and many that have two or three. I think it should be up to each individual family to decide.

i think the 'replacement' theory should be enforced on everyone. two kids per couple. that's it. we're overpopulated enough as it is and those families with like 15 kids get their own television shows on TLC. only exception is if you're adopting, then adopt as many as you want.

no!!!my family is of 4 children and 1 expecting.i like my big family!!!are you kidding!??!?!if that was inforced then they would have to lik kill me and my 2 brothers and it would only be my sister, i would feel bad for my parents.lol
