I'm a DD so those built in shelf bras don't really do much for me, and I don't have a choice in leo style. The leo is a low back cami (by Mainstreethttp://www.mainstreetdancewear.com/images/products/79225.jpg)

I'm looking for some specific suggestions- do the adhesive ones work, or another recommended style? Keep in mind I need some serious bounce control- I'm jumping alot. Specific styles/brands are appreciated.

PLEASE NO OBSCENE COMMENTS, YOU WILL BE REPORTED!

Unless that leotard is for a performance, you might want to look into custom-made leotards. They can make it for you with the higher back and/or with more room in front. Any dance costume shop will do it.
Adhesives don't work, especially when you sweat.
Another option is to do some do-it-yourself modifications. I had pretty good success with sewing a bra into the leotard (or a dance costume). Here is how to do it. Buy a bra that fits you. Cheaper one is better, because you will cut it up, and it's not guaranteed to work. Reinforce the upper edge of the leotard's back by sewing in elastic all the way around the edge. Put on the bra. Put on the leotard. Mark the place on the leotard where the edges of the wire happen to be. Preferably, it will be somewhere on the edge where we just added elastic. Cut the straps off the back of the bra. Cut off the bra's back completely. You will have 2 elastics that go around your back instead: one is already on the leotard, you need to add one more. Put elastic in place where the lower part of the bra's back used to be, it goes around your back. Attach the straps directly to the leotard. Attach the bra in various places, most importantly - at the edge of the wire where you marked it. You're all set! Now you have a leotard with a buit-in bra that actually fits you.

Low Back Leotard

If it just for class, then wear a sports bra underneath, you'll have good support with that. If it is for a performance, I would forget the stick on ones, they never worked well for me. You should look at some of the dance undergarments that they make....much better now than in the past! You can get a nude dance bra or a nude "under" leotard. It is leotard made especially to wear under a regular one. Most of them come with a clear elastic strap across the back, so it is not noticeable from the stage. They also some designed for low back leo's. Here are a couple of links to on-line catalogs that carry them Or you could go to your local dance shop and try some on.

If you're just wearing the leotard in class, I recommend a sports bra as that's probably your best bet for support. If it's for a performance, I'd go to Victoria's secret or Capizio and see what they can tell you.

Adhesives work, if not duct tape will. Wire supports can cause problems, my sister used to do electrical work and she got grounded out on the metal grid of a suspended ceiling. She has heard no end of "shocking comments" about that.

I did not find that the adhesives worked. Go to victoriasecrets.com they will be more than happy to lead you in the right direction. Take Care and Good Luck
