Yes it is. I have suffered with it for 23 years. I graduated in a class of 13 kids and THREE of the seven girls were Jennifers. There were also two Justins. Did any names NOT start with "J" in the 80s??

Jenny is a perfectly fine name. I'm assuming you might be thinking of naming a baby....if so, if you like the name that's what matters. Whatever name you pick, some will like, while others don't.

Jennifer is a very pretty name. Guinevere is a pretty variation on that name, too.
Why? Both names make me think of pretty, feminine girls I have known.
