How big a chance is it that the citizens of our country "USA" will vote in a Muslim as president? Will this really happen? Why would this happen? Can the United States be so screwed up to do an in justice like this?

I would like to clarify, I am not being discriminatory. I am ASKING a legitimate question. I am only asking because others will not. This is something that is on alot of minds. If someone worships another God other than Jesus Christ...their is a big problem.

Think snowball, think Hell. We have more than our share of ignorant slobs who don't care about who they put into office as long as they have the appropriate letter next to their name, but I firmly believe that common sense will win the day.

There was a Muslim congress man voted in up north in this past election. Realize the Muslims on the news are the extremists. Islamic religion is very peaceful and should have no bearing on whether the candidate should be voted in.
It's like someone looking at the Ku Klux Klan and saying no Christian should be elected into office. It's an unfair representation for so many people. Read up on Islam and muslim culture, it's a lot different then what you see or hear on tv.
Unfortunately, what is more screwed up is that our country thinks that voting in a muslim would actually be harmful to us citizens. Ideas like that do more harm then good. Funny enough, I think if we elected a president who was of muslim faith, it would echo globally and gain us a new found respect. It would show that the United States who was attacked by muslims on 9/11, is not ignorant to people of muslim faith and we would actually be the trend setters and show that as a country, we are truly above reproach.
