I'm a Democrat, I want the troops out of Iraq, I don't see any good coming from sending more troops out there to die. So, I'm in favor of the bill the Democrats sent to Bush, but I'm not in agreement with allowing the biggest payout to Bush to date, if we are going to leave the Middle East anyway. Are we paying him off to sign this bill and give us back our troops, I think he's taken enough of the Tax Payers money already. Please don't start arguing how honest George doesn't have a clue about these funds that disappeared, why was Bremer allowed to go without answering the question, "So, Mr Bremer, where did all the money go?" That would be 8.8 billion dollars, that's alot of money to just forget about, and no president, unless he was aware of what happened to that money and didn't want the truth to get out, would have allowed a man to go without getting to the bottom of money that was to be used to Fund the Iraqi War? So, why toss billions more in funding, when we are leaving Iraq?

I haven't been paying attention. I'm so sick of this administation I could barf. We have completely destroyed the city of Bagdad. We should rebuild it. But I don't believe Cheyne could rebuild a **** house without it costing 50 billion dollars. And as long as Bush is in office Cheyne is the only one who will get the contract.
We need to impeach BUSH for lying, stealing, fraud, consorting with the enemy, and at least one hundred other things I don't know about. They are the biggest crooks I've ever seen in my life. We are going to be paying for thier mistakes for decades. They are useless when it comes to protecting us, and the last of this war will not end when we leave Iraq. They will just join Bin La Din to come and get us. When will we ever start looking for that guy. We are too busy entertaining the Queen. What else is there to do, lets party with the elite. I want our troops home and safe yesterday honey. I just can't stand it that the goofus ever bombed them people. This is the stupidest war we have ever been in. I lived through Viet Naum and this one is worse. Bush is another Nixon only worse. Why don't they impeach him?????????

Give it up honey, the troops will not leave. It does not matter, Ms. Pelosi can do what ever but at least until Bush goes out of office THEY will not leave. I am not bashing you or anything. Would you rather fight the war on terrorism here in the United States or in the MIddle East? That is what it all comes down to. Here or there? You decide....!

I understand what you are saying but Bush vetoed that legislation. They are not going to pulling out in Oct. Also you mentioned something about more of our troops being sent to die. Think about this country. Are you safe here? The answer is no. Look at the statistics on murder in this country. in 2006 704 people were murdered in just the state of CA. That is one state and in one year! More people are murdered here by other Americans than has died in this war. I may be incorrect on my numbers but since the war began we have lost 3000 troops. That is not really a significant number when you compare the stats for murder here.So think about that before going off half ****** like this. Again I do not want to fight with you but I do disagree with what you have said.

I have a theory, and it's not very popular. The democrats in congress don't want us to leave Iraq. They've said this with their actions on a few ocasions. It's no popular because to back, one has to admit that they all sold their supporters down the river for a vote.

They also don't want a minimum wage increase, althought they don't want anyone to know that. This is evidenced in the fact that they included that legislation in the one bill the President promised to veto.
