If you mean pace it could be shoib akthar,to bowl it is not the pace which matters,the accuracy,swing,speed,with the abality to read the bats man makes the bowler the best in this buissness on these counts shoib,bond ,or breetlee are no were near macgrath,akram,or great bowlers like ambrose,garner,
