Why do people put those on their cars when they could be at least TRYING to help fix those problems. In my opinion- my opinion strictly- people should stop blaming the government for their problems. Instead of complaining about the terrible job they are doing in office, they should be out trying to help. It doesn't even have to be drastic...

We have had presidents that didn't do such a peachy job before, haven't we? Our country lived, right? I think that everyone has a fifty-fifty percent chance. We all mess up and get forgiven, so why is it that when someone important messes up that we can't find it in our hearts to forgive them?

(I do not support either democratic, republican, or anything else in this question- I would ask it about anyone, it juts so happens that Bush is our president and I saw the impeach Bush sticker recently and wanted to ask about it)

ccnscp87- I was expecting answers as blunt and rude as yours, but what I wasn't expecting is that you would actually be so inconsiderate as to calling me "oh wise one". It is just a question- and I respect that you have an opinion- but did you really have to go that far? Everyone is entitled to their opinion as I have said, what, ten times already? This just happens to be mine. I am probably not as old as you, nor as well-educated in politics, it was just a matter of the bumper stickers really. I tend to ramble on... yes, before I forget, the mistake thing. I don't mean big mistakes and things that are illegal like the Watergate scandal, more little things. Not everyone is psycic you know... Everyone does mess up once in awhile....

well....apparently, according to some.....Bush blew up the WTC, attacked iraq to take all of their oil, took over aghanistan to take over the drug trade, caused hurricane katrina, tortured prisoners in cuba, tried to wipe out the middle class, cut taxes on the rich, put wiretaps on everyone's telephone, and attacked poor innocent schoolchildren with no child left behind.....so, a guy who can do all that in just 6 years must be impeachable.

the fact is Bush has done a fairly decent job. I'm ok with him

If you'll notice, the democrats blame Bush for everything bad that happens, yet never give him any credit when something good happens. I think Bush is not a bad president. I do think he should have handled Iraq differently. Instead of liberating it he should have taken it over and gotten their oil. He needs more backbone. But he's a hell of a lot better than someone like Hillary Clinton, who is great at flip-flopping. First she supports the war, then she changes her opinion because the war in no longer popular. She will do anything to get votes.

True. However we also didn't have any previous Presidents who were so calculated in the executions with his own plans and agendas that were for them and their buddies as this one is. Read the following link. Go to the links I provided in there to further explain. Then - re-post and tell me you still think we the American people - should forgive someone as deceitful as Bush has been to the public. To them most all his life before his Presidency. Impeaching Bush and Cheney would only fix a fraction of the problem. I think all who were involved should have their nest eggs (bank accounts - both public and overseas or around the world) emptied to re-pay the American people they ripped off.

it is too undesirable your windshield have been given smashed. i've got heard of this happening to others as nicely. Did it ensue at your place or in a automobile park? Does your coverage conceal it? Did you record a police record? The worst I had ensue replaced into somebody ripped off my "I heart John Kerry" bumper decal in a automobile park. because of the fact that then i've got not positioned something of a political nature on my automobile because of the fact i understand i won't be able to threat any vandalism.

Certainly forgiveness is something that we have all been on both sides of. The difference with Bush is that he is lousy at his job(NOT only my opinion but 70%of the countries'). Most importantly, this war. It was started on a load of lies and mis-information. That is a fact and no educated Republican can spin that away. His lies led to a war in which 3300 of our brothers and sisters have died. Yes, Saddam is gone; we did not need 3300 to die to accomplish that goal. Nothing else good has come from this. Nothing. For example: How much is a gallon of gas in your neighborhood? Seventy percent of this nation believes that Bush is doing a horrible job and they want us out of Iraq. He ignores the will of the very people he relied on to get this far.

People want him impeached because he invaded another country after lying to us all about why we had to invade. Now that we are stuck there he refuses to listen to reason even from fellow Republicans. He is irrational.

Some people don't understand that if the democrats in congress had cause to impeach the President, it would have been their first order of business. I can't be the only one who remembers their plan for the first 100 hours, to not let republicans vote.

Taking away bumper stickers from a liberal is like taking away water from a fish.

Like a few others have said before me, I think it's just people's need to feel important by speaking out and being loud, but not actually having to DO anything. It's easy to complain.

I don't know either. But I LOVE your active stance. There is never any use to overcomplain. And the internet has become HUGE only since Bush has been in office. So of course you will get haters...... and LOTS of them.

And what would you suggest we do, oh wise one? The Patriot Act is a nastier carte blanche than Canada's War Measures Act (see the internment of the Japanese during WWII in Canada for more on that). Today everyone's so worried about scratching the right person's back, you can't say anything without a metric a$sload of demanding your head on a pike.

To answer your question about important people messing up and forgiving them, I don't think you grasp quite how many people every one of his little f*ck ups affect.
