Big difference. Six Flags is an amusement park while Disney creates theme parks. From my experience Six Flags tend to push for the bigger thrill rides and lack overall themeing in the park. While there is themeing on some of the rides it is nowhere near as detailed and thought out as the themeing Disney has applied to their parks.
Six Flags is more about the crazy thrills, and Disney is more about the immersive experience.
Personally, I prefer Disney.

Well it depends. If you have some kids, then go to Disney Land. But the lines are long as **** over there. If you don't mind waiting for 75 minutes to get on Space Mountain, then go to Disney Land. california Adventures is a small park. The line are still long over there. I should know. i just came from there on Sunday and you should never got to a theme park on Sunday when you are still in school. Six Flags is hot. It is crowded and it is not as organized as disney. but disney land does have downtown disney with shops and resturants and theatres. I'll say disney land. there is more to do there. But they are going to destroy Six flags in 2008, so you should go before. I love pie.

It depends on what you're looking for.
If you are looking for more of a family thing then go to disney, they have rides for all ages and not just a few kiddie rides here and there like six flags.
Sig flags is more orientated for adults, mostly young adults.
Most people who visit are between the ages ages of 12 - 30 I'd say.

Depends on who's going. Six Flaggs for fun with friends. Disney if you're taking kids or on a date.

DISNEY!!!! no way that six flags could ever come near to be as great as DISNEYLAND, that place is the bomb!!!!
