Do you guys REALLY take any of this for truth??

I'm only asking, because the way I see it, none of us really know eachother, so does anyone really trust any of the answers they get?

It's opinions. I like other peoples opinions no matter far out there it can be sometimes because I get to see things in ways I normally wouldn't.

The downside is that I've noticed a lot of people aren't very intelligent but I've noticed that for a long time now.

It depends on the question. Most of the time serious questions get serious answers. I think most people try to be helpful and answer to the best of their ability. Most answerers are everyday people. They base their answers on their own life experiences. Usually you can tell the difference between someone who has given your question some thought and those who are just answering for the fun of it.

I have personally seen a lot of work go into some of the answers. A lot of people ask questions that could be looked up on Wikipedia. So they ask the question and someone else looks it up for them. I think that's very kind. It's sometimes just nice to talk to someone about something that is on your mind even if the people to whom you are talking are strangers.

Sometimes we already know the answer to our question (Would you break up with your boyfriend if he-----------?) You just need to hear someone tell you.

I don't look to this site for actual answers. There have been many questions that were a matter of fact and an incorrect answer was chosen best. There's no mechanism to judge somebody's credibility on here. You can only use this as a starting site and you have to verify by going to other sites.

I think most of us are smart enough to realize that most people blindly stab at questions. Hopefully the asker knows how to make the best guess. I'd never ask life or death questions on here, but some answers have been helpful.

I learned to trust people as a child and would mistrust a friend before a stranger because the friend could be playing a prank.

Some folks are asking for facts (information) others are asking for opinions. Sometimes they don't like the opinions. If I'm asking for info, it gives me a starting place for other info.

I agree that human beings ask questions that they might googgle and are lazy yet I dont trust that fact via fact human beings additionally ask for help or only ask questions they desire solutions to that they cant seem up.

out of 100% maybe about 30% of the answers are true or relavant, many people just answer stupid answers to get points.

Yes, in most cases is relevant.
In the few cases is not, I use discernment.
