Who thing Paris Hilton should go to jail? I think she should go, let that little rich girl get a taste of real life with out dad and his money to save her!

I definitely hopes she goes and serves as an example that celebrities are not above the law. However, the reality of it is that she'll probably get her sentence shortened, and she'll pay about $80-100 or so a day to stay in a "nice" (in jail terms) private or semi-private room.
It's already been decided that she'll be separated from the other inmates for her own safety. I think she should be thrown in, get the same treatment as everyone else, get smacked around a bit and really learn a lesson about her actions having consequences. So I totally agree with you.
I guess the bad thing is that the PR people will spin this into a great publicity opportunity for the new season of Simple Life (that's what it's called, right?), and she probably won't spend much time behind bars. If she does, it'll be relatively easy & short time. Money can get you out of a lot of things, especially since she didn't murder anyone. Boo.

Paris Hilton is the icon of laziness and unresponsability. Do you know that now she's urging an online petition to Schwarzenegger so he may forgive her unresponsability? There should be one about urging Schwarzenegger to urge her to grow up! I'm sick and tired of people with very low self esteem that roam the world spreading herpes.
I wonder where were Dad & Mom when she was growing up?

Yes, she should definately go to jail. I think its absurd how her parents have been quoted as saying she's getting a bad deal. Anyone else would have to go to jail for this, why shouldn't she? She could have killed someone driving drunk..... i love how famous people think they are above the law. What a joke.

She did the crime so she should serve the time. It's as simple as that. Poor minorites are jailed way too often so maybe this is the beggining of a new trend.

She should get at least 90 days, not 45, and she should be made to do every bit of it. No early outs.
She should also be denied any 'extras' that other people can't bring in. Like own blanets, pillows, foods, whatever.

yep i think she should go ,but you know they will treat her like a princess ,poor baby has to eat chicken for 45 days ,lol some punishment .

she deserves it... she was just getting out of going to jail because she could pay for bail but this time her money ain't bribing no one
